Halcyon has identified a need to extend property management services to those who want to age in place but need assistance maintaining their home. We inspect biannually and are also the one call the owner needs to make in regards to plumbing, handyman, HVAC or any other home care needs. Once the home owner decides it is time to transition to another home, Halcyon can assist with selling items, storage and moving. Halcyon can work with owner and family members to decide to sell or rent the home and handle all necessary processes.

Halcyon Real Estate believes in serving the community. Ginger Couvrette, Broker/Owner, is currently elected to the Poway Unified School District Board of Trustees. She has also been Chairman of the City of Poway's Budget and Parks and Recreation Committees. Halcyon is the North County Hub of the Small Business Development Center which is a National Program to help small businesses. We also allow nonprofits to use our conference rooms free of charge.
